We begin with a free 20-minute conversation to understand your needs and discuss how we can help. This allows us to get to know you and explore whether our services are the right fit.
Creating a Treatment Plan
Based on your individual needs and goals, we'll collaboratively develop a personalised treatment plan outlining the therapeutic approach and strategies best suited to support you.
Treatment & Follow-up
We provide ongoing support through regular sessions, adapting our approach as needed. We also offer follow-up sessions to maintain wellbeing and prevent relapse.

Support is offered through both in person therapy and accessible online sessions, with tailored care designed to meet individual needs. A range of evidence based approaches is drawn upon, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques.
